survey taken from pt - she is very impressed with how DNs explain things. DNs very polite, very caring and very understanding. Pt cannot fault any of the DNs that visit. DNs always have a smile when she opens the door. She has never known a grumpey one. DNs have been an absolute treasure. DNs are a reslly smashing team.
